Do you have the info for tires? I have a nearly identical bike, only in a copper color, that I used to race as a kid at a velodrome near Chicago. I hung onto it and it’s the right size for my kids now, only the tires are 40 years old and quite dry rotted. I’ve looked at local bike shops but they have nothing

But check the markings on the existing tires. There are a few obsolete French kids bike tire sizes. If they are marked something different, check Sheldon's chart for "European Juvenile": https://www.sheldonbrown.com/tire-sizing.html
