Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Look Zed Crankset.

It's even worse than we thought:

It will be shipped out with the new 596 TT framesets, which are quite unfortunate themselves:

They are also taking their brand of exceptional ugliness to the dirt:

You know, I would have agreed on the LOOK not being so nice looking as many other bikes until I actually was in front of one. These things are awesomely hot, but they are better, if not only, appreciated in person. At least that was the case for me.

I find that TT bike so hot that no money could make me take any Cervelo TT bike over it. Especially with that Chitmano crap on it!

The cranks are alright, i imagine having the option of using either a compact or standard chainring on a single crank would be nice to fiddle around with. The frames on the other hand aren't all that great, but I think I'd would have to see the TT frames in person before passing my final judgment.

Is the crankset still available. Lol...

If you don't already have one, I'm not sure how you'd fit it... a Zed frameset should come with the crank, I'd say.

I worked on one of these a while ago, it was mental. Weird stuff, pulling a high-zoot featherweight crank out of a frame like a poxy BMX crank... huge bearings too. I wonder how the increased drag stacks up against the lighter weight...

Love it. Loved my old Look, kind of wish I had gotten another one. It's nice to have a bike everyone else is not riding.
