I am thinking way aftermarket addition. The kit looks like Exage level so maybe there was no sticker and the seller put this on to make it look fancy

Couple decent lugged-frame road bikes from same CL listing, both with chrome-tipped forks, Motobecane w/downtube shifters, Nishiki w/bar-ends (plus Flickstand!), $100 each.

Anyone here who's sold whole bikes on eBay might be able to correct/elaborate, but -- we almost passed up a nice deal on a '75 Raleigh Grand-ish Sport-ish that was similarly listed. My wife picked up on the "will ship" comment, that I missed. I asked the seller about it, and according to him, if you list it as a full bike, and offer to ship, eBay automatically makes you charge a certain minimum for shipping. So he was able to charge less for the shipping than that minimum. Again, that's just what he told me; I've never sold a full bike on eBay.

66cm Cannondale SR800 road race frame (not criterium frame) - 1990/1991. $50 plus $50 shipping??? [faints] Lord have mercy. For the stellar condition and for it being a very rare 66cm, this is absolute gold for us tall guys. Guess who's building up his formerly-sold-but-now-bought-back VERY RED 1989 SR800 (crit geometry)???
I don't need two skyscrapers, and this is totally someone else's very good deal, so come and get it!

59cm Miele. Not too many pictures, and what there are aren't the best, but it might be a decent deal:
