Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

$65 flights from USA to various European cities

For those who missed it in today's papers.

Norwegian Airlines is inaugurating low cost flights to Europe. I don't know about other cities, but for those close to NY, they're starting flights to various cities in Ireland and Scotland from Steward Airport (near Newburgh) for $65 starting this summer.

This changes the game (while it lasts) and makes relatively short tours there very affordable.

So, tomorrow I'll be raising a Nogne to them in celebration, checking my calendar and booking something.

Effin-right boyo!

I've got some friends in GB to stay with. Sounds like I got some planning to do!

$65 = sold out!

It looks like there's $232-RT (NY-Dublin).

One tip. Put your self on there newsletter list. They have many discounted tickets at some times. I payed 20$ Norway-Malaga(Spain) one way 4-5 years ago.
With lowfare+ you can bring 20kg, thats a little bit short. Others have 30kg like Scandinavian Air System (SAS).

Another option is WOW Air, who has been offering some ridiculously cheap tix lately. I'm flying from Toronto (only driveable to me place they fly, cheap airfare is to US too) to Reykjavik for $316 in June/July, and a couple days after I bought my tix they dropped to $274. $60ish each way for bikes, too, fairly reasonable.

I looked into for October of 2017 from New York to Dublin. 65 per person one way, return trip however was closer to 330 per person.

Still a fantastic deal, but slightly misleading.

Yeah, and other various fees and such.
I also would be concerned about cut rate air leaving me stranded on the other side of the planet if the creditors move in while I'm away. Happened not too long ago to some travelers from around here.
