Dropped Chain Question
I have had a chain come off twice now in the last couple of months. I was in the small ring when this happened and was switching to the large ring. The chain come off on the front vs back. Is there something that I could be doing wrong while shifting that could cause this? I am trying to cover my bases with this being user error, which it probably is

Have you inspected the chain rings to see if they are bent or out of line? IF ok I would check the limit screws and adjust as needed, they just may need a little tweeking.
