Shimano TT/bar end Shifters compatibility?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Shimano TT/bar end Shifters compatibility?

Does anyone know if the 10spd Shimano TT/Bar end shifters would be compatible with campy 10spd derailleurs? I'm assuming the friction shifting would be fine bout how bout the index shifting?

The shimano bar end does not pull enough cable. I've done this set up before, you get about 9 gears worth of cable pull.

Well I guess you didn't tell us which cassette you are using, campy or shimano. That changes things
