Winter Garden Wheel Works: Bike rentals and they are RIGHT on the west orange trail, one of the best trails in FL complete with legitimate hills. They have mid level fujis for rent. Again, the trail is literally 20' from their front door. Havent had service here, otherwise average shop with friendly staff.

For repairs, I would recommend Outspoken in Lake Mary. Best quality by FAR of repairs/diagnostics by every single staff member there...they know their stuff and are very honest. Reasonably priced unless its something major.

For merchandise, Orange Cycle has the largest selection, its a huge shop. Friendly staff.

Davids world: Not really impressed, not really disappointed. Average shop. One time the staff member didnt know what a brake cartridge was. I told her I needed a brake cartridge and pad.

D2 cycling in Sanford has indoor trainers hooked up to cycling programs so you can do pretty much any route you want, its got dynamic resistance, but they are a small place, and I imagine you would have to call ahead to make a reservation. Pretty expensive too, but if you bring your own bike and the weather is bad this is a good place.

Retro city cycles is a fixie/hipster hotspot.

Kyles is a small place but friendly staff.

Havent been to the other place.
