Heh. Applies to Bikeforums in at least once sense.
Seriously though...I will have to wait until I get home to watch the video.
Tow years ago I did a club century to Brooklyn, NY. One of the guys in the small group I was leading was missing half a forearm. He had a riser and a pad attached to one side of his bars that he would rest his one arm on. I did ask about his controls but assumed he could operate both brakes and shift both front and back with his one hand. He was a strong rider despite not being able to stand on hills.
When I was touring out west in 2000 I encountered a couple in CO who were riding across the country unsupported and camping. The man had a prosthetic forearm with a hook. I had a hard time imagining myself being able to safely control a loaded touring bike during a multi-mile descent in the Rockies.

I saw a women with one leg riding along the coast in the San Onofre/Camp Pendleton area a few years ago. I had the same thought, I would never be able to get going without falling and if I did get going, I'd not be able to stop without falling. And like this guy in the video she was riding well.
So, with men and women out doing this, absolutely no whining allowed for the rest of us.
