Tire bulging
Hey All, Does anyone know of a sure fire way to keep a tire from bulging while being inflated with a floor pump? I seem to have an issue with bulging in one spot of my tires. These are the tires at 35mm, https://www.continental-tires.com/bi.../cross-king-cx I have two tires at that size that bulge. The 32mm ones do not bulge. The bulge is not huge, but is noticeable when eyeing it. Any ideas?

Optically Corrected
Perhaps the inner tube is not sitting properly inside the tire (folded or kinked)? To prevent this from happening put a little air into the tube, just enough to give it some shape, before you stuff it into the tire.

Just outside of the rim's edge is a molded rib on the tire's sidewall. Eyeball this all the way around the wheel on both sides. The rib should be a fairly consistent height off the rim all the way around. If not then that area might have a tire seating problem, like the tube trapped under the tire bead. The vid makes it hard to tell what with the one side of the tire shown, the speed of the rotation and the camera bounce (or bike bounce).
The next potential for tire bulge is the casing fabric being damaged. Hit a rock or pot hole lately? Andy

Wheel is out of true due to cracks in the rim.

I also see it as the wheel which has a problem. watch the rim as it spins. if it was the tire, only the tire would be jumping, but we can see the rim jumping
