I was out at my friends who's a bike hoarder. And I came across this. Just wondering what it is and how old it is?

I prefer the term bike connoisseur rather than bike hoarder but the latter is probably closer to the truth for most of us,

I believe they stopped using duplex forks some time in the 60's, although by then I think it was just another Raleigh Sports marque. Humber always played up their relations to the British royals.
