100 miles/km in July Summer's here
This thread has been a lot of fun in the Clydesdale Group for June and now July. Track your miles.
July goal 125 miles
07/01 10.16
If you had told me a year ago I'd be riding 10 miles on a Monday morning, I would have called you nuts!

Rowan is recovering from the severe brain injury he sustained in March 2018. And I'm out of shape too!
June is the first month of winter down here.
Nevertheless, in June, we managed an outdoor cycling distance of 180.2 km (112 miles) over several casual rides on the flattest terrain we could find.
July will likely be a mainly indoor exercise month ... based on the wind and monsoon rains lately!!

My goal is 500+/- miles per month, and I'm currently at 420+/- (~14 miles per day) and am inching toward 20 daily which I did 17 for the first time last night.

I am doing a 77 mile bike trip with my daughter and her boyfriend tomorrow. I am hoping to do more trail riding than road riding this summer.
I wonder how many others here have physically active jobs? I work as a logger and sawmill guy and each day ends when I run out of steam. Doing extra fun stuff always seems to really take its toll. I sometimes envy the guy at the desk who is all excited about doing a ride after work, because it is a complete change of pace.
I am hoping to complete a 150 mile ride in day this summer, it just seems like a good goal.

normal goal is 500 miles a month but about 100 miles behind at the halfway point of the year.
216 miles so far in july. looking to crack 1000 for the month just for giggles and to get a little cushion since i know december
will be a difficult month for me to hit the 500 miles mark. good luck on everyone's goals!

151 so far in July. 3157 so far this year. No mileage goals but I want to be fit and strong enough to ride Cycle Oregon and the north entrance climb to Crater Lake with a 42-24 low gear and enjoy it.

I have not been keeping track of miles at all this year.since I did start to keep mileage for July, but it more geared to weekly. Since July 1st was a Monday, that is when I started the week. Last week I got in 325 miles, with 5 days being 50 miles. Four of those days were consecutive Thursday thru Sunday. I am soon to get out for a ride today, dodging the rain. I have 4 bikes and they were all used last week. The biggest percentage on my Ochsner steel re-build. It is the most comfortable and quiet bike I own. I have had it since it was new, 27 years now.

My goal is to ride.
If I don't feel like it, ride anyway. Even if only 30 minutes on the indoor trainer while watching TV.
If I do feel like it, keep going until I don't feel like it anymore. Sunday I turned a planed 15 mile ride into 60 miles.
Dunno how many miles I have this year. I just know I'm doing better than 2015 when I couldn't ride 400 yards without stopping to wheeze and gasp for air. And I remember when riding 3 miles without stopping was a huge accomplishment. I'm still kinda proud of those little milestones in 2015, even now when I can ride 20-30 miles without any rest breaks. It took a lot of effort to make riding seem effortless.

Hmmm...
Busy with a few things, so I'm a bit short on miles for the month/year.
Also, broke down and started driving a bit (hauling) (but still ride the bike). I may not get many more miles in this month, so 226 miles for July, and 2,806 miles YTD.

Blazing hot here. I have incorporated hiking into my exercise plan. Every other day either a hike or a bike because the heat drains my energy and enthusiasm.

It has heated up here also, so I have stopped commuting for a while. I'm just doing a 1-hour ride in the mornings up the local canyon before work, and a longer ride on Saturdays. Trying for 140 miles with ~9000' of climbing per week.

Getting hot here too! Had some business travel that cut into my available ride days. I've been trying to get out early in the morning before it gets too steamy.
4 July 33.13 gravel ride on 91 degree day - who knew Vermont got that hot?
14 July 23.1
16 July17.1
18 July 13.54
19 July 18.32
July to date: 105.2 with 2475 feet of elevation gain (pretty flat here)
Finished the Trek challenge on Strava. Since I ride a Specialized, I ordered the t-shirt in my husband's size. He has a Trek.
