Louis Bobet?
Does anyone know something about this model of Louis Bobet? Is it at all Louis Bobet, or someone just put that decals on frame?

There are much better identifiers on this forum that will help you if they can. All I know is the Louison Bobet I saw was a branded Mercier and I can't recall anything unusual. Helps to get photos of anything interesting/unusual and area detailed photos like BB, fork crown, lugs, brake bridge, head tube, etc. Good Luck.

he also rode for Stella for part of his career so there are as well some Stella built Bobet cycles out there:
photos too poor for the forum's frame experts to be able to give much information
if you could make some drive side images in better light it would help readers to help you
cycle appears to be a midliner one or two models up from the base circa 1980

It's a weird mix of things: "fade" paint job is sort of an 80s thing, rear dropouts look like Campagnolo (though without threaded adjusters) but the front dropouts don't look like forged ones, the brake reach looks very early-70s (long), and some of the kit (Shimano 105 dérailleur) looks late 80s, but it looks like a 5-speed freewheel. I agree, more photos, and better ones, needed.

An early mail-order cycling business in the USA was Cyclo-Pedia in Michigan. They did sell Louison Bobet models.

No expert whatsoever but I'm inclined the livery is correct in that it is the right style, fit and vibe of the frame.
