height of TV relative to trainer
what is the best? definitely want healthy of body over best viewing experience. I am on road bike, so i am not in the aero position.
I am guessing I will place tv about 65 inches away from where i am sitting on the bike to lessen eye strain.

Tablet right over the handlebars works perfectly for me (Tacx mount). I considered purchasing a large OLED, but I decided not to after experimenting with a TV from another room.
Another thing is that I see so many setups with the TV mounted way past eye level, to the point where you have to crank your neck up to see the screen. I don't understand this practice. I also see it in homes all the time (living room, bedroom, etc.)... TV mounted way high in the air. This is a terrible viewing angle and anyone with home theater experience (or common sense) understands this concept.
If you want the big TV experience, I would mount it LOW, as-in only a few feet off the ground. It sounds "wrong", but that's only because we're so used to seeing these ridiculous skyscraper TV setups.

I ride in the garage and my trainer is about 6-7 ft away and 18ish inches off the floor. A 40ish inch TV. Easier to look at when in the drops and fine everywhere else, even sitting up on hands.
