I thought I saw a scratch on the frame.
Turns out it was a smudge on my monitor.
Honestly, if it weren't for the clarity of the photo, I woulda thought it was right off the showroom floor in the mid-80's.

The TSV is one of the most very beautiful bikes- that green/teal color is irresistible to me! Plus those spoke holders- I've never gotten to ride one- but they certainly exude class like few other bikes.

The 610 looks to be smaller maybe a 54 or 56? Both are nice scores I would suggest getting them safe (stops and shifts) greasing the stem and seat posts and then riding them, see what you like make sure at least one of them fits. The 1000 is a stunner and very desirable as you can tell from all the drooling comments. I am fortunate to own both a 87 Trek 520 and 87 Nishiki Cresta GT from the golden age of touring bikes but have never had the pleasure of riding a Miyata 1000 or equivalent. Enjoy!

Definitely a 54 or less.
How does this man score a minty 1000 and 610 so close to each other for good deals. Mid/late 80s versions, even better.

And the 23” is definitely not the same as the 57cm. It’s not like they were just using inches for the 2nd tier bikes.
I’ve had a 23” ‘84 310, and a 57cm ‘85 710 And they are not the same size.
I still have an ‘84 610 frame, 23” and a ‘91 1KLT bike, 57cm, and the 23 is taller in all instances.

It's not obvious now, but there was a big price difference between a 610 and a 1000. Metric sizing was something that was really only used by higher end bikes at the time.
