DuraAce 7400 hub swap

I have a mismatched set of Dura-Ace 7400 hubs. Front is 36h, rear is 32h. I'd like to swap either one so I have a matching set. The only constraints:
  • If swapping my 32h rear for your 36h, it needs to be a freewheel hub, 126mm spacing.
  • Only interested in DA 7400 bits, nothing earlier or later.
  • Similar condition. Mine are very nice, spin freely.

For my early 70’s Sekine build, a period correct mid level seatpost. Not a straight post please, 26.4 from what I can tell. Japanese maker is a must.

Lots to trade!

Not sure what you consider VGC+, but these are original condition, slight kink in the housing, and could use a cleanout/rebuild: https://www.bikeforums.net/21200819-post1761.html

I will never use them. Not sure I'd use the Shimano either, what would they be appropriate to go with, older Crane, pre-index stuff? I'm open to whatever, really but what I could really use right now is a ISO/British thread Chorus sealed BB (or, actually, just the right-hand cup would suffice) like this:

(I see a few on eBay for $30-40 shipped but ... always prefer trading)

Ah. Crap. Actually just found a right-cup only for $13 shipped. https://www.ebay.com/itm/293462546523 Someone over-torqued the one I just pulled off a bike I picked up, and it's got a long crack across it.

So, that's taken care of! But I still have the barcons to get rid of.

I need a pair of early Shimano 105 2x8 brifters, model ST-1055. Need these for a bike I’m building for my grandson. May have some odds and ends to trade.

I have a set of rider, but definitely not show room, quality Brifters. Might be 3x8, but one could simply set the limit screws and make it 2x

Free: Brake cable covers

Claimed- USAZorro. Having uncovered (literally) and posting about some handlebar brake cable covers yesterday, one side is still attached, the other just below it in the picture, I realize someone may want these. Available for the asking.
Best regards, Eric

Offering the two little articulated plastic bits.

Toe clips, size L

Not super-picky here. If they're sound and not corroding, I have a use for them.

Have potential trade items in the stash. Ask and I'll let you know if I have it.

Acquired. Thanks.

I'm interested in getting those two sections of outer cable housing covers. I'm in Ontario, Canada.

Cheers

Sorry, if you look at the first line, they had been spoken for by USAZorro, in the prior post. If I come across another set, I will give you the first crack at them.
Best regards, Eric

I drunkenly purchased two right crank arms. I must have thought they were a bargain (they weren’t), I also must have thought it would be easy to find the matching left arms (it’s not - you’ll see why!).

I know this is a very long shot, but does anyone have a lonely left Campagnolo C Record gen 1 (engraved) crank arm in 172.5mm (mine is 1985 - 11 in a rectangle). To be honest I’d take any matching length from any year (even gen 2).

Then the other is probably more rare. I need a left Campagnolo Record Pista crank arm 170mm in length from 1989 (51 in a rectangle). Again, I’d take any match - and doesn’t have to be Pista (chorus may even also be close enough - not sure?).

Ill trade just about anything for these, I have most things vintage Campy and a lot of DA 7400.

Cheers!

That wouldn't disqualify from consideration. A picture would be helpful.

Yes! Sorry. Campagnolo C Record first generation, and Campy Record Pista cranks. I’ll edit above to make it clear. Cheers!

I’ll post better photos when I’m home at the end of the week, I only took the below to remind myself of measurements.

Purchased a nearly NOS Campagnolo 10 speed FD on ebay and didn't notice that the original mounting hardware, FD-VL102 was not included. An aftermarket fastner and washer were installed instead. The seller is not cooperating. All the FD-VL102's available are in Europe with reasonable prices for the part but nearly twice for the postage. Anyone have one?

And just for kicks, i have this crank in 170, Chorus https://velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx?ID=C652B3B2-8D97-4809-8046-401C780AAF9F&Enum=115&AbsPos=49

And would like this one, Campagnolo Record 10 speed in 172.5

Please @ me or send mail.

I'm searching for a single Huret top tube brake cable clamp in decent shape. A recently purchased bike only came with two.

Also hoping to find a decent complete set of Miyata plastic internal cable "grommets" for the top tube.

I don't have much to trade at the moment, but can offer hard currency.
