Am almost certain that the 105 headset I have is a 27 crown race. Yours for, oh I don't know, $20 plus shipping. It's in like new condition if I recall correctly.
I'm on a tour now, can ship on the 25th if interested. I can send pics and confirm crown race size then as well.

ISO: Long cage simplex dropout mounted rear derailleur in very good + condition. I can also tap out the threads for a Shimano Crane GS or Campagnolo Rally rear derailleur with the right type of tab/pivot stop. I have a 50-40-30 crank and a 14-28 rear 5 speed freewheel.
Have for trade for an equivalent value rear derailleur: Simplex LJ rear derailleur, Cyclone Mk-II GT rear derailleur, Campagnolo Nuovo Gran Sport rear derailleur, misc bits.

Looking to trade a couple of frames for something cool.
I've been undergoing a significant purge over the past year and a half, tons of stuff having left my studio via evilBay, iBob, and CR. I'm finally getting to the point of seeing light at the end of the tunnel (or the bottom of the pile, as the case may be.) I've got a couple of nice frames I'd like to trade for something cool and interesting. I'm not sure what I'd be looking for, to be honest. Lighting? Hubs? Bags? Maybe a big butt Brooks? I'm still thinking about stuff I'd like to find for my '46 Hobbs. I just know I'd like to empty a couple more ceiling hooks. So my trade bait, if you're interested, is a ca. 1984 Katakura Silk f/f/bb/hs (all chrome) and a ca. 1982 Gazelle Champion Mondial AA Special f/f. Both are tall, in the 60-61-ish size. Feel free to DM me if you've got something interesting.

ISO: long cage rear derailleur. I want something that mounts to the dropout tab. It can be old in decent shape (as long as it works and mounts to the tab) or new, don't care.
It must be able to handle a 34T cog, and deal with 38T chain wrap. I've got 52/34 chainrings and a 14-34t freewheel. The Suntour GT derailleur shown in the photo handles the ranges but I can't get it to pivot if remove the hanger and attach it directly to the dropout tab. It is shown with the pivot bolt finger loose. If I tighten it, the RD stops pivoting.
I've got these four to trade (see photo link):
1) Suntour GT, long cage.
2) Schwinn GT-420 LeTour
3) Suntour VX.
4) Suntour ARX (for parts - broken pivot spring, but the rollers are in great shape). Would not even list this but it's rare and the last one on ebay sold for $79 plus shipping.
I've got a similar selection of front derailleurs, as well as a few stems and seat posts, etc.
The photos of the bike show the large/large 52/34, and small/small 34/14, ranges I need to cover.

BG- Yeah, I thought so too and made a similar comment several months ago...might even be a year ago...and promptly got a bunch of 'don't be such an old poop' responses.
So, there's that.
Personally, I don't care one way or the other, ruleses be ruleses, but it's not like I had the headset up for sale (I do have a paid membership, so could post in the FS section if I chose). Was just trying to be a helpful kinda guy and wasn't into trading anything for it.

Have: 180mm Sugino AT crankset in decent condition. Pulled off of an '83-ish Stumpy. I'm tall with long legs, but will never feel comfortable on 180's.
ISO: 165 Sugino AT crankset in similar condition for my daughter or wife.
I would prefer to keep the chainrings (46-36-26 I believe)

I don't know, Robbie. At my age, pretty much any poop that shows up is old...

I have 170s I'd love to swap for 180s. You can keep the chainrings and hardware. PM me if you're interested.

EDIT: I got my round rings so if anybody wants these Biopace rings: FREE as long as you cover shipping.
bumping this for NEW DEAL:
Here are those pics:
bumping this for NEW DEAL:
Some of you actually love these egg-shaped rings, but the owner the Mtn. bike I'm working on does NOT want these and would prefer round rings (which I don't have on-hand) so...
UPDATING-----
HAVE: Set of 3 steel Biopace II (AFAIK) rings off an Exage crankset, 48/38/28, They have some wear but near zero rust and seem to have plenty of life left...being steel, natch. These have some subtle "ramps" stamped in and some odd tooth shapes to help shifting. 110BCD for the 2 large and 74BCD for the small, these are fairly light for being steel, matte silver finish.
---Pics still to come.---
NEED: only 2 ROUND rings an alloy 38 or 36 and an alloy OR steel 28 or 26 and either black or silver....
3 rings for 2!
I'll cover shipping to you, you cover shipping to me

ISO bar end shifters, don't care about the brand or age.
Also looking for a Shimano Tiagra st-4500 right side nameplate. If someone has a busted one they'd be willing to cannibalize that would be ideal.
Lots of stuff to trade.

I have two sets of Suntour barcons you can choose from. I am currently looking for:
1. Non black color 3x7 triple crankset with pins/ramps (or just good rings for my RSX)
2. Non black color 27.2 seatpost.
3. Early DA rear derailleur.
4. Suggest a different trade if you want, as I have lots of projects going on.
I'm near Portland.
