6'1" on a Yuba Mundo Classic

So I currently own a Trek FX 1 (XL size) with rim brakes. I thought about getting the Xtracycle conversion kit to turn it into a cargo bike but the conversion kit only comes with disc brakes and I don't think it's even possible to convert my wheel to disc brakes.

So I thought about just buying a cargo bike. From my research it seems that the Yuba Mundo is the best bang for the buck and since it is so heavy it seems that it doesn't suffer from flexing like most conversions.

I really like my FX1 in XL size because I feel like I am stretched out on it, I just got the bike couple months ago. Prior to that I rode (and still own) a Mongoose Blackcomb, I've had it for 15 years. It's one of those Walmart bikes. It felt small on me when I first got it but I bought a stem raiser and higher seatpost and I feel like it is very comfortable.

My question though is will I fit comfortably on it? I am 6'1", 33" inseam.
