To help you, the experts here need more information. What brand PAS? Bottom bracket or crank/magnet? Picture?

You're new here and can't post a pic til your tenth post. For now, you can take a picture upload it to google pics, and then post a distorted url, for example

https colon double slash photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipO800dlhy_2E6cKZ5HSaxs9A0MzUqgkJlYQJQxi

This will allow us to see it.

Until you can post a photo, give us a "word picture" -- write a detailed description of what you see. It's like a puzzle and that's always fun.

eBikes aren't very standardized so without a lot of good pictures or the bike in front of me I can't be of much help. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they have a more detailed service document for replacing the PAS sensor on your bike.

There is also a photo of a Shimano style splined square taper bottom bracket and tool. And, that tool should be good for that bottom bracket. Let's see, pedals go right=right, left=left. The bottom bracket is the opposite, so right hand threads on the left, and left hand threads on the right.

Looking at your electrical connectors, the triangles are likely the key to getting them apart.

Do you have a loose connector from the spare part that you can inspect?

I'd first try squeezing in on both triangles, then see if the plug will separate. If that doesn't work, possibly gently pry out on the triangles.

Keep in mind, plastic connnectors often get brittle as they age, and those little catches have a bad habit of just falling apart. I.E. Be gentle.
