The World Human Powered Speed Challenge is held every September in Battle Mountain, NV. You couldn't find anything more local than Aljazeera?

Saw something similar on a trailer yesterday and thought it must get pretty warm in there.

I know all about Battle Mountain. I know people who have competed there. I just questioned why the link was from a middle-east-based news service instead of something more local to Nevada. This, for instance:

Everybody knows the best way to make your bike faster is paint it red.

If it's already red that's as fast as it will go.

Simple physics...

Apparently I can't get red brake hose. So what's the best way to make my bike faster? Spray paint, or some of Beth's nail polish?

Is it not true anymore because you don't like the link the OP used?

You have another well Produced Video of the event , don't keep it to Yourself.

That immobile camera shot is ,, somewhat adequate , some people put in more Work at it.

does seem the Drag was further reduced when they left out the head bubble and went to a camera and a Monitor on a tablet.

I've been riding a red bike for 30 years. Its even metallic red. I thought it was fast then I got a blue one. Rode the red one again yesterday and think its at least as fast.

Brake hose only slows the bike down. Lose it altogether to make the bike faster.
