Bikebling from CA , need info please

Anybody from California knows if it something wrong with the company.
I placed a order for some tires, 9 days ago.
The status is "processing " in all this time.
Nobody answers at the phone, and all my emails get the same answer "busy".
Maybe somebody local knows something about them.
thanks

but they have 24hr live chat!
We live in so much danger, they did post a July 2020 note that they are having longer than normal response times... so is the post office.

Thanks for the info.
But, I don't think is the post office, because I am shipping and getting packages all the time without delays.
It should be them, because the package was not shipped.

At least I know that it's not a scam.
I will order tires from another company, hoping that I'll get these ones before Christmas

I canceled my order from bikebling and they refunded my paypal account. I think they are short handed and having problems fulfilling orders due to Covid. Yeah there is no telephone response but the company does respond to e-mails.

Order from a company that shows your items are in stock....Like Universal Cycle in Oregon.
They show what is in stock at their 3 warehouses.

more a remark of the general state of things.
it has been taking 5 days to get mail received or sent within 8 miles!
This is a plan.

The tires are so expensive now.
I though that 15$ for a 27" tire is a good deal.
It looks to be a wasting of time. I have 4...5 bikes waiting for those tires.
I need to start it over.
Thanks for all your encouragement.

Bike Bling is just down the street from me. If there's something You need me to go check on in person, it's not entirely out of the question.

I can say that, based on my experience of going there on behalf of a friend back in May, they were not "in a good place" then. Single file in the parking lot leading to the front door. One heavily tattooed guy was cracking the front glass door open and helping each person one at a time, locking it behind him each time he stepped away. Some of the people in line ahead of me were just some of the most imbecilic individuals you would ever think you could meet. One guy was doing the whole "Well what do you got?" and "How much is that?" and "Do you have anything cheaper?" and "Which one is lighter?" and "I like that other one, I think. But can you give me a better price?" while the line behind him grew from 6 to 10 to 15 people... The whole time I could hear the phone ringing non stop in the shop.

They were saying they were 3-4 weeks out on being able to box up a customer bike dropped off for shipping... essentially giving the ol' "We don't want your business right now" signal.

Disclosure: I've only ever been inside the store on 2 occasions previous to this and just as a looky-loo and didn't buy anything. I wasn't actively riding at that time and just wanted to see how the industry had evolved since I'd been working in shops back in the late 80's early 90s.

Also I cannot cancel my order, they said, because was shipped or it is very close to be shipped. This is the same message in the last 5 days.

I almost ordered a helmet from them this weekend, but backed off after seeing lots of similar complaints. I figured the potential savings didn’t justify the stress and headache that would likely accompany the order.
