This right in the range of yours'. Last week, in the big city, I sold an '86 Trek 300 Elance, tuned with 27" to 700 wheel conversion for $285. I thought it was a reach but it sold at that price after a couple of weeks.

There's been a few around here lingering on CL for $250 and $300 all summer, each one looks like a decent bike but they're still listed for sale.
The smaller sizes seem harder to sell around here for some reason, I've had a 21" frame Raleigh listed for four months at $125 in minty shape and no takers. Its 25.5" twin sold for $350 in a day.

Thanks everyone. Appreciate the insight. Mostly confirms my suspicions.
The 360 is mine - testing my ability at a fip job. I got it sans wheels, so the Mavics on there are off a personal project, just there for show and test rides. I've got it on the interwebs for sale (w/out wheels) and have a bunch of interest at $200 but no takers just yet. I'm having a hard time actually finding a decent set of wheels to use on that bike.
I saw the other Trek (blue 400D) in my area for a super low price. I thought of picking it up, using the wheels to help sell the 360, and then restore and maybe keep the 400. But the super low price had me question my own price strategy. All it did though was get it sold super fast. So good for whomever got a good deal!
