VeloBase.com - down again, hopefully not for long
Webhost suspended my account because apparently they didn't like that I had a backup of a folder or two that weren't pointed at active domains. No warning, no grace period, just suspended the account, been on chat/phone with them this morning instead of out on my bike as I had planned to do for the first time in like a month, and now they're telling me it may be the 10th before it's back... trying to reach someone with some power to get things moving a tad faster...

That's horrible. A webhost that punishes you for doing backups doesn't deserve to be in business.
Do you have a backup of your website locally? If so, I'd be changing webhosts right now.

Don't have a recent local backup, been wrapped up with work and other projects for so long I've unfortunately kind of had to let VeloBase.com run on it's own for quite a while - which it has been without much issue. I had started a new hosting account with a different company a while back with the intent of switching everything over, but only got as far as my wordpress photography sites and my wife's coffee blog. Needless to say my top priority for this month is developing a plan to get VeloBase moved too. I'm on hold with support demanding an immediate review so I can get this resolved today.

Okay, sites are back, VeloBase.com should be accessible again, glad I caught this now. Downloading a full backup of the entire site - 2.5 GIGS!! and then a Database backup this evening. I'll keep everyone here posted when I plan to move the site and any "planned' downtime in the future...

Thanks for keeping it up!
If you do consider switching hosting providers, can recommend: https://reclaimhosting.com/
