Swings at all three depending what timeline area is focused on.
I have put a lot more miles on the bicycle this year than the last few years, & the year isn't over yet.

Covid had no negative effects on my fitness...I continued to ride my bikes outdoors several times per week and do strength and conditioning workouts at home.

I'm better in many ways than last year. And, at 74, that's a gift.

I have more unscheduled time so I'm riding 5 to 6 times a week instead of last years 4 to 5 times and averaging 50 more miles a week.

I was getting paid to stay home from my (part time) job from March through mid-May, and then I’ve been off for summer break since then. Consequently, I’ve done lots of riding and have maintained the intensity. Between the additional cycling, and the fact that I am an introvert and a homebody anyway, this whole thing has been no big deal for me.

Worse. I'm an essential employee so I haven't had any down time. Shortly after all this started I got sick ( no covid) got well and then injured my back. I healed up from that, and then injured my ankle.
I've been busy at work, and too broken to ride and lift at home, but my ankle is getting better, so there's hope for the near future.
Getting old ain't for the weak.

The pandemic affected my peak busy time at work in April and May. That let me maintain more consistent riding time. So, a slight help.
Also, with kids home, I changed my bike setups to allow comfortable rides at lower wattage. If anything, I think that has helped my climbing position and I’m climbing like I haven’t in thirty years, and even taking on hills I probably haven’t done for nearly that long.

Limited work hours for me (3 days a week), so I dedicated the full distance of my daily commute to the bike. I'm now averaging about 150-200 miles a week, up from 50. I've lost 10 pounds and gotten to the point where I get a little antsy if I don't get to ride two days running.

Better. I've been laid off since the middle of April which has enabled me to explore the outstanding trail system throughout Central Florida.

About the same mileage on the bike, but fewer long rides - I usually do a charity ride every month or so during the season and get a century ride or two in. Lack of those also means I haven't had any goals to train for, I'm probably down a bit in aerobic fitness.
Upper body - way down! Gym closed quickly, just reopened, but I'm not comfortable doing indoor heavy breathing as things ramp up again. Trying to do what I can at home but pushups only go so far...

I've done more miles than ever on the local trails. There's less to do for fun right now so it's always ride time. The trails seem a bit less busy too so I'd say it's a win for Covid Cycling.

Way better. Putting up more miles on the bike and on the run than I have in the last couple of years.

Planks, squats and situps are part of my routine - core-wise I'm pretty much doing what I did pre-Covid.
Santa brought me TRX straps a few years ago, so I put them back up in the basement and have added some rowing type pullups but I am looking around for some free weights (all we have are the very light weight ones my wife uses!) for some arm/chest work. Then, have to find the actual dedication...

Working from home has shortened the distance to the fridge. Last summer I lost 30 lb with combination of walking, riding and less eating. This time I'm pretty steady, only gained a couple of pounds, so things have to change. No more full breakfasts or late snacks during the week. Only one giant mug of coffee 😁.

Essential business, working harder, longer hours, but with nothing to really go out and do, I still get plenty of riding time. I wear my mask while out in public but sorry, I absolutely refuse to on the bike. I ride solo and if you don't want my germs, don't draft me. No change, really. It's been harder recovering from some significant knee pain than finding time to ride.
