What to replace Easton EA90RT wheel set with?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What to replace Easton EA90RT wheel set with?

Noob here. I recently took my bike ( 2015 BMC Grandfondo GF01) to the LBS to get tuned and they found multiple cracks in the rear wheels. The wheels are the stock Easton EA90RT clinchers that came with the bike. Should I look for the same used rear wheel or replace both front and rear wheels with something comparable or maybe an upgrade? What are some comparable wheels? My budget is <$600 for the wheel set (preferably used).

Wow, bummer. Do you have any thoughts about what might have caused these cracks?

I commute with the bike in the urban city streets of San Francisco. My guess would be the excessive pot holes and cracks in the road. I will definitely designate the bike to weekend duties after I replace the wheel set.

I struggle to see a better value for the price than these. Happy to be proven wrong though.

There’s also a heavy duty “4 season” version of these. +100g

I have a set of HED Stinger 4 carbon wheels for sale. I could do $850 CAD plus shipping
With skewers and 2 sets of carbon specific pads (carbon swiss stops and the factor HED pads)
