I found a Garmin Vivofit for a decent price (old model I guess). I heard it does not come with Heart Rate Monitor capability, yet it still is able to calculate the amount of calories that are burned. How accurate is this? I was under the impression to gather accurate information on calorie burn heart rate would be needed. I could be wrong I do not work in the medical field.


Does anyone here have any experience with this model:
How accurate is the measuring function
Does it calculate cycling as steps
How durable is it? (sweat proof, rain proof, impact resistant)
How user friendly is the phone App?
