Bike used as cargo transport for small sailboat maintenance.

No marine store in my town and don't own a car but do own a small sail boat.
1) biked to boat
2) put bike on sailboat
2) sailed to next town
3) took bike off and rode to marine store to buy maintenance supplies, then rode back to boat and sailed home

Rode the trike to the grocery store today.
Yesterday I rode it to the Metro PCS store to get my new waterproof, mud proof, vibration proof "Mil Spec" "Smart" Phone activated, then to the 4 bike shops in town, and a couple sporting goods stores trying to find a bracket/mount to mount the "smart" phone to the handlebar.
I gave up after the 10th store. Maybe one of the motorcycle/ATV dealers will have one?
I did find one of those "T" thingies that clamp onto the handlebar to increase the available handlebar real estate. It also raises the mounting point, so the phone will clear the front basket when I find a mounting bracket for the phone.
After giving up on the bracket, I visited the Vape Shop (a really cute gal works there), Two of the 2nd/3rd Hand stores, and the local International Buffet for supper. (I had a hankerin' for some Sushi)
All told, around 30 miles yesterday.

Corner store for milk, bread, smokes and cat food.

My record so far is a gallon of milk, 32 cans of cat food, four litres of tonic water, two loaves of bread, two tubs of cream cheese, two bags of bagels, and a 25 lb bag of cat litter.

Finally found a nice big basket so Maxwell could go too. First outing to off-leash park, and he did great! Elroy up front is an old hand at this...he jumps into that front basket when I give him permission.
stoked Yuba Mundo and two dogs.

Camping duty

Hauled wood and ice yesterday for the last night at camp and then all the trash and redeemable material to the bins at the campground offices this morning.

3 bundles of wood and 4 bags of ice ride nicely

Everyday last week I rode to the beach at Fort Pickens Gulf Islands National Seashore. What a great week! Pic is two of my sons holding my rig for a quick snap shot.

Best Regards

Rod

sorry it’s rotated.

if you look closely, you can see the cardboard cat carrier. Took the cat to the vet on the bike.

Rain Canopy is up.

This rain! At least I have a canopy so I can burn excess blood sugar/ get cardio.
I believe this can be rigged up easily on any cargo bike with crates front and rear. The verticals are lightweight steel mop/broom handles. ( I’ve been unable to locate a supplier of these handles without buying the complete broom or mop, but as I am involved in a small real estate venture, there was a bunch of discarded mops and brooms...)
Clear vinyl is available, stores use it to screen their cash registers from the Covid-19.
