1970's Faggin 'retinato'
Local Fbook marketplace listed this bike, no DS photos.
"Traded this for a very expensive stereo system. The very second I saw this bike, I had to have it. Now building a racing team from my grandson and need the room. Everything works! Chritmas price!"
Best complete picture, seatstay pantograph and bb pantograph visible. Chromed fork and rear triangle.
Pantograph BB, no brand decals
Pantograph seatstay, vertical dropouts.
Boogered 'Tretubi' decal
Pantograph BB
Fork crown and made in Italy decal
No head tube decal shimano 600 Aero levers
Past posts indicated Faggin Tretubi Columbus frames were worth less than $200. Most of the components seem like pre-Ultegra Shimano 600. Is this a sanitized Faggin? I'd guess the pantographs would be hard to fake? Is this a 1986 version, not "1970's"?
Asking price is $200, previously $550. Curiously only seems to be listed in Facebook.

Junk
Another pos Italian bike with low spec shimano...There were a handfull of worthy Italian bikes...the rest was rush built, sloppy finish, and gaudy looking.loose feeling ****.p I must have tried out at least 20-30 different italian bikes my riding buddies built up while in Austin between 78 -83. I had a Serotta bike Ben made for me from 74 'when he was a one man show.. Taperd, Super thin perfectly filed long point lugs...with yellow paint in diamond shape cutouts. Phil woods titanium bb, campy sr, durace hubs n mavic rims sewups. Fastback seat cluster. Columbus sl tubes. It had the majic feel...cost me 350.00 for the frame in candy red over gold base. While the italian stuff we usually got was usually 2 -300 more. I think the American builders made far nicer bikes.

Mid-range model circa 1986-1987. Dual bottle bosses started appearing in the mid-1980s and retinato started appearing in the late 1980s. The New 600EX SIS group is era and level appropriate and was 1986-1987. Given that it has the matching headset, the group is probably OEM. If so, updates would include the aero SLR brake levers and Look compatible clipless pedals. I have no reason to doubt this being a genuine Faggin.
I actually like trteubi SL frames, despite their lower status. I find that the heavier gauge stays and forks result in a stiffer frame with more predictable handling. For me the extra weight is a worthwhile tradeoff to get these characteristics, though it's probably overkill on a frame this small.
One curious item is the amount of thread protrusion on the adjustable cup. It appears to be a 70mm BB in a 68mm shell. I'm assuming somebody at the factory was overzealous with the shell facing.
Edit: I forgot to mention that the Columbus decal is the pre-1988 style, further supporting the era.

Here's a comp from France.
Faggin has a limited following for their high-end models and fancy paint work.
I cannot speak to the ride quality.
For $200, if it fit and i was looking for a C&V bike, i'd be a buyer.

The ad is so weird and it's not cross posted to craigslist or Ebay. I kind of thought it was a scam...

...solid bikes. Everything @T-Mar wrote pretty much covers it. I have one of the Tres Tubi bikes and one of the more expensive full SL bikes, and while there's some difference in road feel, I wouldn't say I prefer one over the other. Never heard the term "retinato", but it makes sense for the paint effect. We always called them "fishnet" paint here. It's a deal at 200 bucks. But wasted on a fixed conversion.
I'm surprised by the vehemence of the POS response. Faggin as a builder has a long history and, as mentioned, the marque has a following. That's not by accident.

Not "junk" - weird, uninformed bias at work.
Good mid-level TreTubi frame.
I owned this exact model for several year and it was a fine rider.
$200 or less seems about right.

I think some of the "off-brand" Italian bikes are pretty amazing. I love my Rossin and Basso; hopefully about to receive a Losa ("Cassani") soon in the mail.
I bought an ultra cheap Faggin frame that as some of you know, has mis-aligned threadings on the bottom bracket, but I was pretty excited for that one.
I don't think the Italian frames are junk...some of them have some pretty artful brazing and construction values.

...Shimano 600 gets no love, for some reason. Personally, my favorite Italian rides are 6-7-8 speed Shimano indexing equipped. And I find that 600 works about as well as Dura-Ace from the same time period.

Great job, gentlemen! Thanks for confirming that this would be too small to be a rider for me.
FWIW, velocals.com carries Faggin repro decals.
