What exactly is a Fixed Gear Freestyle Bike?

When I think of a Freestyle bike, I think of a 20" or bigger (22, 24, 26, 29") no suspension, BMX type bike that people either us to ride pretty much wherever, and ride either Flatland, Skateparks or Ramps on doing tricks...

All the "Fixed Gear Freestyle" pics or posts, seem to me, more like a mountain or road type bike that maybe someone is doing some tricks on and maybe they have been changed to have one gear?

Someone (kindly) set me straight, What exactly is a Fixed Gear Freestyle Bike?
