Berga City Bike?
I'm in Italy and was going to check out this Italian made Berga city bicycle tomorrow: https://www.subito.it/biciclette/bic...-319492728.htm
At 70 euro, would this be a good deal? I'm completely unfamiliar with this brand and style of bike, but wanted to see if that's a decent price for this used one. Thanks in advance!!

Frame -
the combination of bulge-formed head and plate style bridges tend to put the frame near the base of the quality ladder
frame bits look to be all Agrati
headset appears OFMEGA
is a one-speed machine adequate to your requirements?
frame appears to be ~52cm/20 1/2" in size; is this a good size for you?
one can only guess as to how many of its fittings may be OEM
birthday appears in the vicinity of 1980
the awful photos keep the reader wondering...

Agreed, this is a low end frame. While there is definitely a plate style chain stay bridge, it looks like the seat stay plate may actually be that for the carrier, as the reverse shows what appears to be a tubular bridge. This also appear to be a conversion of a multi speed model, as there is clearly a cable stop on the drive side chainstay. I have no appreciation for the market conditions in Italy and therefore can't offer meaningful comments on the asking price.

Great comments and thanks for your expertise, guys. I ended up going with a different bike, which I'm posting some photos of in a separate thread! Good to hear I wasn't missing out on much with this one..
