Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

There are a couple, but Wyoming doesn't really need that much electricity, there's hardly anyone there!

Here's a list of wind farms in southwest Wyoming from 2012. I'm surprised they counted Hanna Basin and Medicine Bow as southwest, as they're pretty far east.

Construction of one was halted due to the sage grouse.

Probably in my brand new studio apartment, if I bought it. At least she'd probably let me keep the Greyhound....

Nice ride today, just two of us. We scrapped the plan to go east because of the wind and scrapped the plan B of doing a big-ish climb because his legs were tired from 6 days of riding. We circulated the bike paths for 4+ hours and encountered a friend who I have known for 50 years. He just got his first clipless pedals @ 69 years old.

Rumour has it that Fry's Electronics is calling it quits tonight at midnight.

I was surprised to see our local one still open a couple days ago.

so thats what I just can't understand. How can I get dropped when I'm pushing more than double the wattage of the weekest guy on the ride?
