yes, cycle built to be what is termed a condorino in Italian - a town bike
appears to date from near to 1970; earliest it could be is about 1967
frame constructed with Agrati lug pattern "BRIANZA" nr. 000.8030/U
chainset appears it may be Way-Assauto
brakes appear to be Universal Mignon
hubs look like Agrati Sport
when new the frame pump would have carried a dromedary transfer; is it yet present?
you have something very nice there; take good care of it!

About pump - don't know I was offered it
But I think price in 100 EUR is too high, or am I wrong?

I concur. This is a legitimate condorino style bicycle. The salient factor is that the chainguard is OEM, as it colour matches the frame and attaches via brazed-on factory fittings, as opposed to aftermarket clamps. However, I would respectfully suggest that date is the 1969 model year, on the premise that the Valentino Extra derailleur is OEM.
As for value, I have no appreciation for the current condition of the used bicycle market in the Ukraine. I'll defer to other members in this matter.

I'd say that just for the detailing in that first photograph, around the head tube badge, lugs and fork crown... a worthy project.

100 euros would be a pretty fair price in my overheated market of SF Bay Area, but the pool of potential buyers would still be tiny for such a "project bike", regardless of how worthwhile I may think it is. My guess is that's too much for it in Ukraine but I'm guessing. Olympia is a very well respected bicycle brand, generally speaking, but much more so in Italy, virtually unknown in the USA.

That is a very n ice, interesting bike, and I do think a worthy restoration. Complete with rack, chain guard, fenders, and lighting system! Doesn't look like the frame would require a re-paint, just some cleaning and touch up. Would be curious what is under the black tape on the down tube.
