Clean bike WD-40.

I use odorless mineral spirits to remove any tar or grease from my Ti framed road bike. This is rare, though.
One quick tip: Pledge does an amazing job shining and lightly cleaning a Ti frame. Spray it on the rag, not on the frame. Keep well away from disc brakes.

I used to use WD40 for cleaning my bike. All around cleaner for sure on the chain derailuers even the frame and bars. I don't use it any more cause its expensive.
My current method is to use ATF (automatic transmission fluid) on the chain and metal parts for cleaning. Then soap and water to get the excess oil and grime off. I then I spray the entire bike with "Tire Foam" dressing, blow off the excess with a leaf blower and wipe it down till dry.
The tire foam is friendly to paint, plastic, leather, rubber, vinyl, metal parts and leaves a fine layer of silicone over the surface when dry.
Over the years I have migrated away from speciality lubricants and cleaners for bikes, guns and equipment. I use very basic stuff like ATF, motor oil, chain saw oil, and plain marine grease. Oh... and least I forget, my ole bottle of Anti Seize Compound.

Yes... most likely. But some bumper vinyl type stickers can be pretty durable. Try Armorall Tire Foam dressing and see if that works better.
