So I have a question on selling a bike...

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I don't see any questions, just aimless whining. Did you have a question?

if you read carefully, his last line does actually ask what a reasonable price for this bike is.

Another carefully disguised ad.

There are plenty of other places to post your bike for sale.

I agree that there are other places to post a bike for sale, and I have posted on Craigslist, but I would want the chance, if I was a biker that spent all day on these forums talking bikes, to get a bike before the general populace. I know when I bought this bike, and was the first one to see it, there were several behind me that would have appreciated it more than me. jus sayin. As to the carefully disguised ad, I don't think so. There is no price.

No price? I'll give you $701 for it (the highest bid so far), including shipping. It's like The Price Is Right. Or Ebay.

CL works great. I've sold 4 bikes there, less than a week after the initial post. Just have to have the right price. List the price slightly above what your willing to take and then negotiate to what you will take. If nobody bites then there is only one problem, your bike isn't cheap enough.

You mean I'm NOT entitled? Damn, I guess I'll have to go buy a huge SUV and drive around like I am entitled so I can feel entitlement coursing through my veins.
