The only thing harder to find is the adapters needed to mount it.

That is the correct original Campagnolo NR Triple seen on Paramounts.p which is drilled for the 100 bcd ring. Your Rohacek is a rebuilt paramount. Query the seller, or the lady he bought it from, or the Rohacek family to see if any crank parts still around. Tougher than hens teeth to find but you might be able to make something from bolt adapters and 10mm diameter spacers. You may also want to contact Bob Freeman from Classic Rendezvous list who might have some adapters that could work. Alternatively, if you need even lower gearing, he can make some custom rings or drill your crank for 74 bcd.

Thanks for the insight -very helpful. No doubt this one needs a thorough going over, I visualize a different bb spindle, the front derailleur is going bye-bye and appears an over zealous bell-crank on it has depressed into the seat tube. Knowing full well, this bike has a later mod of braze-on front der. mount.

The correct spindle should be a 68-SS-120 X3 116mm long spindle for a 120mm rear axle spread (using Record thin cups). Otherwise, with later Post CPSC cranks and FD, the spindle is marked 68-SS-120 X3 +1.0,+1.5 or later 68-SS-X3 at 120 mm length, possibly using the same thin Record cups. Dry assembly should be used and tested to see if you need thin or thick rifled Nuovo Record cups.

see this for Campagnolo classic bottom bracket history and specs:
https://www.campyonly.com/history/rec...ws_vol_1-2.pdf

Who knows, you still may have the original x3 triple spindle still in there. Options also include a period correct Phil Wood or some other sealed bearing or cartridge BB.
