Between that, and nobody stepping up to take on crapmaster duties, maybe it's time to let the Bo'C lay fallow for a while. Let the soil recover, to spring forth with more bounteous crap at a later date. I'm loath to sign up so soon after my last ride - crap stocks are low.

I'd hate for this to die completely. I'm still 100% interested, but I don't currently have any projects underway, and since I was facing a layoff last week I had no plans to seek out more frames. My wife is still out of work, so without much disposable income I won't have many project bikes in the immediate pipeline - but I will someday. Plus I love to see everyone else's give & take. It's really cool.
Suggest maybe it just gets shelved for 6 months? The Crapmaster can receive and retain the box until sufficient time has passed for more projects & interest?

The group has spoken, I think we will take an undetermined hiatus once the list is complete. Only a few more names. We can throw @FBOATSB on the list if he is ready, but obviously there is no hurry. When it goes back out for another run, we can have the newly reinforced metal liner back in use to allow the box to last longer. And if another Crapmaster wants to do the reboot, that can totally be arranged, but I may be able to go longer with a little break.

This is a pretty special community activity, I've not seen anything like this on any other forums I've posted on over the years :-)

I'd like to think of it less as a czardom, and more of a constitutional monarchy. The rules, as they are, have been built up and refined in an iterative process that would be the envy of any constitutional convention - no 3/5 compromise required - we're all full persons here, thank you very much. I think they work pretty well as is, and would be wary of making drastic changes.
