Tommasini Frame and Fork 59 ish cm - What? Still for sale!?
This is, unfortunately, slightly too big for me. I would like to get $425 net + shipping. Headset not included. I will also seriously consider a trade for similar quality racing frame in 56-57 cm
Measurements - top tube 58.5 cm c-c
seat tube 62 cm c-t
head tube 19.4 cm
Italian BB of course
Rear dropouts set to 130 mm somewhere along the way
27.2 seatpost
I am pegging this around 1981 or 82, based on Kevindale's excellent database. It was repainted by Cyclart at some point and I think decals are not period correct and look more mid 80's to me. There are 3 notable paint blemishes - downtube by right shifter boss, top tube and FD clamp area. There is a barely perceptible by touch indentation at the FD clamp. There is also the chain scrape on the DS chain stay. there are a few small areas of paint touch up with a more notable one on the backside of the fork. I tried to capture these all in pictures, gloomy weather lately, so did the best I could with lighting. I will say the top tube blemish stands out a little more in person than it does in the pics.If needed I can try to get some more pics. I realize I didn't picture the DS dropout but it is a portacatena. This is a nice one IMO and I think I priced it fairly, but I'm open to feedback. Several more pics here:

I applied some rubbing compound to the top tube scrape and it is happily reduced to a tiny paint scrape. I want this to go to a good home!

Yup. If it doesn’t sell here or PL though I’m going to give it a try with a short stem. The one time I did that (the Bianchi frame that yours replaced) it didn’t feel right but worth another go. I’m scared to put this on eBay or CL and have someone make a hipster fixie out of it.

I just double checked - maybe 61.5. I always use top tube measurements for picking frames. Top tube measure is accurate.

The Tommasini looks like an amazing deal, but it is way too big for me.
And this Loto is even more amazing. Seriously, someone needs to buy this bike. I really, really don't need it, and it's too small, but that price is still tempting me.
