Help! Identify My Peugeot
Hi! I found Blue Peugeot with silver head badge with lion and yellow lugs. There is Vitus sticker but cant see what tube it is. There is also another sticker that says its inoxydable. Frame number has only five digits. Mafac brakes, simplex front derailleur, rear derailleur has been changed. I also have Mavic and wolber rims, Mavics are originals? Year and model?

Welcome! I don't recall any Peugeots with Vitus tubing being sold in this country, unless maybe it was a Vitus bonded frame with Peugeot badging. Might be a really nice bike. Someone will be along with deep knowledge of this. Vitus tubing for steel bikes was more of a Motobecane thing.
If it's the bike in your avatar we need better pix.

Welcome to the forums. The subject bicycle has the rod operated Simplex Competition front derailleur and what appears to be a Stronglight 49A crankset, both of which were introduced in 1949. However, to the best of my knowledge, Peugeot did not offer the chrome plated stay and fork ends on their competition models until the 1953 PHX10. This transformed into the PHL10 in 1955. Unfortunately, the collection of extant Peugeot catalogues is incomplete but Simplex introduced a couple of cable activated front derailleurs in late 1957 and 1958, so I don't think it would be much later than this. It appears to be a mid to late 1950s Peugeot PHX10 or PHL10. This a a highly desirable bicycle, to the extent that I would be takingthe time and expense to acquire the correct rear derailleur. Congratulation on your new acquisition. Enjoy!
