Okay let's test you out a bit:
I have a couple questions:
1) What is a good average speed for a ride?
2) My friend's average heart rate is 151 and mine is only 145. Is there something I can do to increase mine to equal his?
Thanks.

Alright everybody, give him the benefit of the doubt.
Then if he betrays your trust . . . . . . .
well, you know.

Raising the Abyss
I'm providing umd w/ copious amounts of Clif Bars and baselayers so that he'll be nice to you hosers.
In return, I expect the forum (as a whole) will repay me. My b-day is 9/23 and I've been wanting 11spd Chorus or a De Rosa KAS frame (size 57).

I'm sure this is in response to some inside thread or something that i'm not aware of, but you've given me some good advice and insight over the last few years, and i think you're one of the more helpful members of the board. cheers umd
again, i'm sure i'm missing some big joke here, just my 2 cents.
