Item # 6620 Victor/Hairpin style saddle https://www.hiwheel.com/parts/index.htm Only $29.95.
It's a bit heavy, but comfortable as all get-out. Also functions as a conversation starter. You'll definitely be the first on your block to have one (unless you live down the street from me)

Check out Craigslist. I paid $59 for a Brooks Imperial narrow.

I'd agree, Craigslist or ebay is probably your best bet for a less pricy Brooks. If you want a 'brooks like' saddle, you might as well try to get the real thing IMO.

Just save your pennies and watch eBay. I've seen b-17s go for 50.
A fake one is disappointing.

That seat looks fun. What about the 6221 Small Antique Style Saddle? Anyone have any experience with that? 1 or both of these seem cheap enough to give a try unless shipping is super expensive or something.

The machine set nickel 'silver' small rivet ones sell for about $80-ish,
the basic model.
adding the features of hand set copper rivets, various, non black, colors,
and hand finishing the lower edge, skivving,
is a cost added to the bottom line.

wider than racing .. synthetic composite, saddles
come in a vast assortment of shapes, and pricepoints.

Velo Orange has some leather saddles made in other than England.

I have Brooks saddles on the three bikes that I ride most. Expensive - yes, but they are a great value. Confortable, and they last forever. Save your pennies and get the real thing.

I have a like-new black leather Velo Orange Model 6 saddle that, while well-
made and cool-looking (like a Brooks Swallow), is a bit too narrow for
me. I really wish it would work for me because I love everything else
about it. I put a light coat of proofide on top, nothing on bottom as
there is a thin laminate to prevent excess saging. I put about 100
miles max. on the saddle. VO sells them new for $95; I'm asking
$70 to help me finance another model. Photos on request.

My Leather saddles resided under plastic bags in the winter and wet weather,
(or, juneuary as we call it, on the coast)
May make them look more anonymous, in the bike rack too.
