Downsizing Schwinn Voyageur Bags -- With or without bike

Respectable vintage bike gurus.

I have a 1987 Schwinn Voyageur collecting dust. Used it as a commuter for quite some time so it's in less than perfect shape, but with an overhaul would still be a sweet running bike. I have a full set (2 rear, 2 front, 1 trunk, 1 handlebar) set of original Schwinn Voyageur canvas touring bags/panniers, that I imagine came out the Schwinn catalog in 1987. I'm considering offloading the bags on eBay, but I feel a little uncertain on whether I should just overhaul the bike and sell as a complete package set...how sweet would that be?

I'm still interested in keeping the bike, but I simply do not use the bags, and figured someone else may enjoy them more. Although I cannot verify, I imagine the bike and the bags came as a couple in 1987. Kind of sad to separate them, yeah?

Are they really canvas, ie cotton, or cordura nylon? Do you have pictures?
Regardless, I would probably keep the bike and sell the bags, if you don’t see yourself ever using them. Maybe it would be different if the whole set was NOS. I think if you sell as a lot, there is a decent chance the buyer will sell the bags anyway. Also, someone who has interest in the bags alone likely will have a Voyageur, in which case they would be going to a good adoptive home.

I have a Voyageur (86) and may be interested in those bags if you can send me some pics.
