You don't need 10 posts to get a reply. You need 10 posts before you can post a picture or a link. This is an anti spam system that we installed years ago and it works well for us.

You can post 5 times a day for 2 days and then you're free to post a link or a picture. As 10wheels suggested, go introduce yourself and then greet some other new forum members.

I'm curious to see your bike as I have yet to see a Royce Union that I thought was worth even $100 let alone your poll minimum of $250.

$50-$75 if everything works perfectly and tires are good. Your poll needs decimal points.

I agree. Your Royce Union is in the same league as a Huffy or Roadmaster from the KMart or WoolWorths.

Does it look like this?

In really good cosmetic condition and working well, between fifty and a hundred dollars tops. However, if where you live has winter, then you will most likely have to wait until warm weather returns to get the dollars mentioned.

Royce Union is an old Japanese bike brand from BITD. (Like the 50's, 60's &, 70's). Back then, they made very fine bikes that were similar to what was made in England by Raleigh. Royce Union got folded into Bridgestone and some other big Japanese bike companies during the 80's and the brand name disappeared from the planet around that time. Japan offshored all their bike manufacturing to Taiwan during the 90's. Now, in 2020 about 90% of all bicycles on earth are made in about three factories in Taiwan. Distinguished old brand names like Royce Union, Schwinn, Shogun, Raleigh, Panasonic, Fuji, Trek, etc., etc., etc. are still used. But, are absolutely meaningless now. They're all made on the same assembly lines by the same robots in Taiwan. Brand names are just used to market the product. Your Royce Union 21 speed may be a really great bike. But, it's not an original vintage Royce Union. And, it's only worth what somebody will pay for it. Be good. Have fun.

Ah, it’s a trick poll—currency wasn’t specified!

Definitely worth 10,000 Fredonian dollars.

Flyby.... Be fun if someone with good search skills could find the bike on CL, see what he ends up asking and how he describes it.

I felt like double checking it was not 4/1

at this juncture I wonder what was the perspective that made the original poster to assign the potential values in the poll, not knowing the monetary units.

in US dollars I do not think very much if the images are correct.

I would expect to pick that up at the end of the day at a garage sale for under $20 after everyone at the sale had passed it by

I don't gamble (that's my wife's thing) but the above comment is, probably, a sure thing!-)
