That stinks Blue192! Hope they get it fixed for you.

Day 12 for me! Felt pretty strong today and even considered going further but felt I should just stick to the program.

Okies, bike is back from shop so seven miles day one, 0 miles due to repair on day two, and now on day three completed a 26km or about 16 miles from my house to Petsmart and back. Might do another ride tonight but have not decided.

Cyclist 2000- I feel you, there are points in the day where I feels some soreness and fatigue. My mind is overriding it though since I've been feeling so good mentally. Day 18 down today and a pleasant surprise on the scale- lost TEN pounds!!

14 days.

Congrats on your weight loss.

I haven't lost any weight in a while, like all year. But I haven't been trying to lose weight. My doctor thinks that this weight is okay for my height.

Skipped logging day 17 so today would be day 18 and it's done. Not a horrible ride today but my legs are feeling it.

Day 19 with a headwind, done. I decided not to fight it and just slow down and go with it and it was much more pleasant.

I'm a little late to the game, but count me in. Stepped on the scale this morning and registered 301 lbs. Not happy about that. I'm tired all the time and need to break out of this funk. Starting tomorrow, a minimum of 10 miles/day (I'd start today, but it's 8pm, dark, and raining. I'm not that hardcore.)
Let's roll!

Good for you Scubadad! Got my wife planning to go with me tomorrow, I spent about an hour getting her bike cleaned and tuned and I'm excited she'll be going.

Count me in...I'm coming to this challenge late, but I have been doing pt for knee pain for the last 30 Days. Sunday was the first day I have gotten back on the bike. I only did a mile and a half but I have added the exercise bike to the PT. May not be able to do more than a few days to start...but my goal is to get up to 6 miles a day by the end of the 30 days.
