Value of Normandy Luxe Competition Hubs
I have a set of these on some Mavic rims i was planning on selling but the spokes are pretty bad since they look like and old chainink fence. So i'm guessing that will kill my Value on the wheels all together. So i was just maybe planning on selling the hoops/hubs separate. Can somebody give me a good value on these hubs? Doesn't look like there are a lot on ebay right now.
They are 36 Hole, red label, low flange, Pretty decent shape.
Thanks!
-Harry

I would only consider the hubs as a purchase if and only if the cones and races can be verified to be without pitting.
You provided no information as to they type of Mavic rim the wheels are laced up with.
In general, rims unless they are of significant interest are not worth much used, the price of shipping kills off value fast. Unlacing a wheel the correct way, 1/2 turn at a time until very loose is time consuming too.
For unlaced hubs,,, the shipping is easy. but those Cones, $35 if raceway beautiful, and with skewers.

Forsure man, They are Mavic Module E I think, one of the labels is missing though.
They have the original simplex skewers and seem to ride really nice. I've repacked them a few times so i know they are not pitted out.
I'd expect at least $50 for them though. I really enjoy them.
