Hi Everybody
I'm a new entry for this forum.
I'm 67 year old retired Engineer. I was using bike for my local transport when I was a student, but during my working llfe I most used cars and planes for my travel around the world.
Now I'm retired, I have pleinty of time, I dont need high speed and I need to exercise my muscles, bike is than an ideal mean.
I live in Parma, a flat city in north Italy, biking is very easy.
About one year ago, in the bottom of my garage was resting in rust and powder my first bike , dated 1961. I decided to restore it and when the work was done , it was one of the best satisfaction of my recent years. I will share photos of that masterpiece!
Thereafter I spent few weeks around a frend's "Bianchi sport" bike dated 1980, and my sister' bike a little more recent.
Now days I'm working on a Raleigh Royal Roadster 1978.
What next...? I'll keep you informed.
