Spring has sprung. I am getting into biking as part of exercise routine and using it as a conditioning also to help improve my endurance/stamina in my workouts especially in strength/powerlifting program that I am currently running right now. I am looking forward to learn more about biking and bicycles with the help of the experts in this community.
