Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

hmm, riding in Atlanta this weekend?

So this is the weekend I am supposed to head to Atlanta on business.

Do I even bother packing up the bike? I have Friday and Sunday morning to get out and stretch the legs. We are staying in Marietta. Not sure of the flooding situation and whether or not this is even a possibility.

Thanks -

GP

Most of the flooding has receeded but there are still plenty of washed out roads, bridges and sinkholes. Marietta/Cobb County area usually gets hit pretty bad when storms roll in. I live on the other side of town so I dont have any specifics for you.
