My PBSF quit working in the cold and I want to replace it with something better, preferably one that uses USB charging. Suggestions?

I just bought a Cygolite Hotspot 100. USB rechargeable. Comes with USB cord, Seat post and seat stay mount. Adjustable flash rate. It's a nice unit.
