New to Clipless
I'm beginning to see the advantages of clipless pedals and my strap ins don't reap the benefits of clipless. I'm new to them though and was wondering if someone could help me identify the different types of shoes/pedals/cleats and which ones match - or provide a link that explains this. Thanks guys

I'm too lazy to answer this question again because I know that I've answered it before. If you use the search function you'll find my answer.
