Still loving my e-cargo bike after 6 years
I would choose something different today, but for what I needed at the time, this was the most affordable with all the features I wanted. I don't use it as much as I hoped I would, but I'm beginning to use it more and more and I hope, our car, less and less.
I live in a 50+ year old planned community that has walking/bike paths everywhere and recently, they started adding more bike lanes on busy streets too. I just rode five miles to and 5 miles back with only 1.5 of it being on the busy street and soon, it will be even less.
I have a Pedego Stretch and I have a mix of bags on it for hauling groceries which is what I primarily use this bike for. It is NOT a bike I can put in/on the car easily since it weight 75 lbs!

I had a chance to ride one for an extended period and liked it too. Good first choice, and while Pedego charges more for the "same", IMO they make up for it in CS and quality.

75 lbs. is not bad for a long frame cargo bike!
I think the key to getting good use out of it is to have nice big panniers and trunk bag. Is that what you have? (Lectric has some nice ones that would probably work on your Pedego)
Since moving to a medium sized city, I appreciate that they have public transit and at least SOME bike infrastructure. I have been doing more and more on my eBike too. Smaller grocery shopping trips; for when I just need ingredients for one recipe and a couple small items.
If I had a cargo bike, I wouldn't even have to limit it to that.
I rode all of last winter; only on the days below 20° and when we had uncleared snow did I drive the two miles to work. I'm thinking about maybe WALKING to work this winter when it is too cold or snowy to bike; stay in shape for the following spring.
