Contact Fiido and get a replacement display. I have the Fiido L3, and when I broke the headlight (don't ask ) I just ordered a replacement.

At first glance it sounds like a short in the switch (when this happened with my Haibike, I couldn't get the bike to turn on and needed to replace the switch/PAS). Probably this is a closed system, and the display needs to be replaced (unless you can open yours and decipher the electrics). Lots of luck locating a replacement unless they used a generic product. I would look for an identical display (ali express) if it exists and replace yours.

The OP needs to go to the Fiido website, look at parts for their specific bike, then order the replacement part. They have the displays available for sale. It's the same display that I have on my L3.

tds; check the times (4:11, 4:12); I was writing while yours was somewhere "in the cloud or wherever". Thanks, this should solve the problem.

Thanks for the replies guys, It did not happen out of the blue actually but while I was riding with the bike turned off, I dediced to turn it on from the computer while simultaneously turning on the headlight, I must have entered a hidden combination of commands that turned out to cause the problem. Maybe a reset could solve it, is there anywhere a reset button or reset procedure?
thanks again.

Sometimes pushing the + & - PAS buttons simultaneously (with the system on, of course) will open the menu or as above, call them if they have a CS number.
